Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Complete Care Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
