Valve regulated, these Strident batteries allow the required level of venting during use, as well as – more importantly – during charging. If they are accidentally overcharged, producing hydrogen and oxygen, these special one-way valves allow the gases to escape and avoid excessive pressure build-up. The batteries are otherwise completely sealed - therefore maintenance-free.

The plate separator uses superior glass matting to provide consistent plate contact, giving you improved battery efficiency and longevity. Featuring purified lead specifically blended with critical conductive properties it provides you with superior performance for both cyclic and standby use.
